KRIYA YOGA PREPARATION COURSE
The Kriya Yoga Preparation Course was designed to provide sincere aspirants with the opportunity to learn the philosophical principals and practices shared within the Kriya Yoga tradition, in preparation for formal initiation. While the course does not offer instruction on the Kriya Yoga pranayama breathing technique, it aims to prepare the diligent practitioner so as to be able to apply the ancient technique with greater effectiveness once it is learnt.
This programme involves self-directed learning and one-to-one consultations. Seven lessons will be shared with the practitioner, each lesson consisting of five modules:
- The Tradition of Kriya Yoga
- The Philosophy of Kriya Yoga
- The Psychology of Mind as Instructed within Kriya Yoga
- The Practice of Kriya Yoga Meditation Techniques
- Living Effectively as a Kriya Yoga Practitioner
The lessons are delivered as a zip.file which can be downloaded, the practitioner watching them in their own time. Each lesson includes supplementary material, so that the information shared can be more easily appreciated.
