This 16-part video series aims to clarify exactly what Kriya Yoga is so participants can know if the path resonates with them or not and if it does how they might best proceed.
The objective of this video series is to examine the purpose of the breathing technique, explain how it works, describe superficially how it is performed and provide instruction on several preliminary practices which are extremely effective.
Once a month an online group meeting is held to provide practitioners of all levels an opportunity to meditate together. The meditation practice is 30-40 minutes in length and is followed by a 20-25 minute talk. You will find a recording of each of these talks in this playlist.
This video series, examines the nature of the breathing process, exploring its relevance to meditation and experiencing yoga oneness. Instruction on several different pranayama breathing exercises is also included as part of the series.
An Easy Guide to Meditation is a 13-part video series designed to give those wishing to learn about meditation a good foundation and understanding of what meditation is, how to do it and how to get the best results from it. Each video, 3 to 5 minutes in length, explains a fundamental aspect of successful meditation practice.

Kriya Yoga teacher and psychoanalyst David McGrath and I explore the benefits of counseling and psychotherapy as a way to accelerate one’s spiritual growth process. Over the last 25 years, I have had significant shifts in capacity for meditation by engaging with a counselor, when needed, to help address psychological blind spots and complexes, and have seen outstanding progress in students of Kriya Yoga who remained steady in their meditation practice and supplemented their spiritual growth procedures with effective guidance from a skilled psychological professional.
